Site archéologique des Fontaines Salées

SAINT-PERE-SOUS-VEZELAY

The site owes its name to the salt water spring discovered and harnessed over 4300 year ago, in oak caskets, the remains of which can still be seen today along with evidence of thermal baths dating back to the 1st to 3rd century.
